Meeting Room [PIAS] BE
This article will show you how to setup Meeting Room PIAS [BE] with its Video Conference system.
You will need first to book the Meeting Room PIAS [BE], by opening your Outlook - Calendar and select New Teams Meeting.
Fill in all needed information than click on "Location".
Select "Meeting Room PIAS [BE]", click on "Rooms" than "Ok".
You will see on Location that Meeting Room PIAS [BE] is now added. Send your invitation.
Once the meeting created, it will appear on the tablet located in the meeting room self.
Click on "Join" to start the meeting. (Do not forge to switch on the TCV Screen).
Once the meeting started, you can still invite someone but looking for his name on the search field:
On the bottom, you have several explicit icons (stop the meeting, share the screen, mute the micro, stop the camera, adjust the volume).
TIPS:
- If you want to share our screen with other participants during the teams meeting, you will need to joint the meeting with Teams on your laptop and plug the HDMI cable. Automatically your screen will be shared to all participants.
- You can also pair a Bluetooth connecting for voice calling by: Hold down the "bluetooth" button until the blue LED on the speaker-phone starts blinking. Go to settings on your mobile/device and complete the pairing. When paired, the "bluetooth" icon on the speaker-phone will appear brigher.
